I gave it a try when they had a promo running, the discount is what made the order feel worth it for me. The shipping was fine, not incredibly fast, but nothing too frustrating either. Based on that experience, I’d probably order again if another good deal comes up.

I returned my order sometime around the end of last month, or maybe the beginning of this month, and the whole process was just frustrating. It felt like nobody really knew what was going on, and the refund took way longer than I expected. I eventually got it sorted out, but it was more of a hassle than it should’ve been

The packaging was fine, but nothing special. The bottle made it here safely, which is the main thing, but the box looked a little beat up by the time it got to my door. I noticed it while bringing in the mail after lunch, so maybe I was paying too much attention, but a bit more padding would definitely be nice next time.

Not every single recommendation was exactly my style, but i don’t really expect that with wine since taste can be so specific and personal. It definitely made the whole process of choosing something easier and less time-consuming, which is what I was hoping for. I’d use it again the next time I’m looking for a bottle and don’t feel like overthinking it...

They did refund me for the missing items, so that part was fine, but I wish the inventory was kept more up to date. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, just annoying when you think you’ve found something and it turns out you haven’t
